VEZL improves access to support. It is not an emergency service, and it cannot promise an outcome.

It depends on conditions. Mobile signal, internet connectivity, device settings and location accuracy all affect whether an alert reaches anyone.
Alerts may be delayed, or not arrive. Performance varies, and Nearby Helpers are community members who may not be free to respond.
Act for your own safety first. Take whatever action you can to stay safe rather than relying on the app alone.
